Within three months I will guide you step by step back to your core, your essence. This trajectory is for you, even if you do not yet feel completely connected to who you really are or want to be.

Together we will increase your awareness, discover your unique power, and you will receive practical tools to enrich your daily life with this.

Expand your Awareness

We start with the foundation: a journey of discovery into who you really are, as a unique individual. What are your strengths and challenges? We dive into your Human Design a blueprint that provides insight into your deeper self.

We make a deep dive into you, your Human Design, your strengths and your challenges.

Step-by-step, we go through the following topics in a number of sessions:

  • Human Design Basics: You will learn your type, strategy, authority and profile.

  • Human Design Deepening: A deeper dive into your energy centers, strengths and pitfalls.

  • Integration and Reflection: Anchoring your new insights into your life in a practical way.

  • Free yourself

    Time to let go of what is holding you back. What do you believe about yourself? And what do you want to believe about yourself? Together we will discover your inner strength, the wisdom that is already present in you.

    By combining your Human Design with Releasing, we will attune you to your true essence and your desires. In this phase we will let go of what you are not, and make room for who you do want to be.

  • Releasing: How can you let go of what no longer serves you?

  • Letting Go of What You Are Not: Recognize what no longer serves you and let it go.

  • Connecting to Your True Desires: Discover what's holding you back from your dreams and get to know your deepest desires.

  • Integration and Reflection: Let your experiences sink in and anchor them in your daily life.

    In this phase you will learn to stand more firmly in yourself, regardless of what is happening around you. We work on inner balance, so that you can experience this harmony in your daily life.

    We will train your inner flexibility, so that you will experience balance and harmony from within in your daily life: determining your own level of happiness.

    The focus of the last phase is to train to return to yourself again and again, grounded in yourself, regardless of situations or circumstances, to bring yourself into alignment with your dreams again and again.

  • What's Holding You Back? Discover the fears that hold you back and the dreams you can chase.

  • Letting Go of Frustration and Procrastination: Learn to deal with what frustrates you without getting stuck.

  • Discover Your Happiness: What is happiness to you? Explore the limits you have imposed on yourself and discover what is possible.

  • Become You Traject

  • 10 personal (bi)weekly sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours
